Terms and Conditions:
• Minimum of 50 pax reservation.
• A deposit of 50% of the estimated revenue will be required upon signing of the catering contract. Full payment shall be settled two (1) week prior to the actual event. Incidental charges incurred during the event must be settled immediately after the function in cash only. No personal checks will be accepted on the day of
the function.
• Plus 10 % Hauling Service Charge / Plus 12% VAT.
• Buffet Table will be assisted by waitters.
• Service of Waiters and Crew is allowed up to 5 hours only.
• Entrance Fee for Club House, Villages and Subdivision will automatically added to client’s account.
• Customer will be charge additional Php 50.00 per floor for every service crew if the party is held in a building
without elevator facility.
• Rates are subject to change with prior notice. |
